I wanted to share with you some thoughts after my purchase of the 2515 E 4th St property. I own several investment properties throughout the country but the purchase of a home in Austin, TX meant something a bit more for me. It felt like more of a home and less a part of a personal financial decision. When I first approached the modest East Side property, I was pleased with the simplicity of the design. Upon entering the home you are surrounded by natural light which could not be more inviting. The open floor plan helped to create a central gathering place in the home for my family and friends.

What it may lack in size is nice up for in character. Your approach to detail and quality are immediately apparent. From the fireplace to the custom cabinetry, no detail was spared. My Realtor has spent 20 years in the real estate business in Austin and was immediately impressed. You certainly did not have to include the little things such as lights to illuminate the stairwell at night or speaker wire run through the ceiling and Walls, but it is clear that you hold your product to a higher standard of quality.

Finally, I would like to thank you for your support throughout the last 12 months since the purchase. You’ve been attentive to the little things that pop up as a new home, and new homeowner, settle.
